No time for payers with financial problems
I tried contacting the DirectAxis customer centre to lower my loan installment due to some financial stress that I am experiencing. I've been paying every month so I thought instead of the debit order failing I will contact them before- hand and ask to lower the installment. The lady told me that "it's a fixed term with a fixed loan amount." So my question now is - can you pay a loan if you don't have any money? They are quick to give the loan but have NO experience in dealing with customers who have a financial problem.
