No TCF

I requested a settlement statement on the 28 March,03 &10,15 of April via email.I send emails to their complaints dept.on the 15th and 25th April.no one phone me or any sort of communication.After my telephone call on the 18th to Direct Axis ,I was referred to MBD.I called,spoke to Mumsy.promised within 24 hrs.Phone again on 25th spoke to Ntombi.promised was made again.Till to day,nothing was received. not sure, should I burn tyres now or what.
