Good day
The reason for this review is because I'm really tired of paying of a loan which I don't get statements I've been paying my loan since 2019 and only I got about 2 statements till this day
Ive updated my details which haven't changed since I got the loan
I tried to get hold of someone who can help me but your lines are forever busy, this is frustrating because why should I beg for statements why do you keep on blind eyein me so would you do the same if I missed a payment?
So please I need you to fix this like asap statements are supposed to be send on a monthly basis but clearly you guys work differently
