No service, just issues, nothing gets resolved, questionable ethics

No service and support. After numerous emails and some phone calls....nothing is resolved. For some strange reason my last two payments are not picked up by their system.....really weird as these two payments should be settlement payments and the were paid exactly in the same way as all previous payments. And in the meantime still charging me interest and adding monthly payments. Everytime I am hear some bulls..t story etc. **************** on interest and misusing their customers positions. I will not recommend DirectAxis to any one.
