No service by DirectAxis !!!
I have been trying to get a statement on my loan account for almost two years now. Last Person I spoke to, Mr Tembilah told me he will e-mail me an statement immediately. This was three weeks ago !!!. Do yourself a favor and phone this number ********** 474 and see if they will answer number one, and if they will help you number two !!! I simply can not get hold of the accounts people at DirectAxis and it is impossible to get a statement out of them !!!
