NO SERVICE AT ALL
NO SERVICE FROM DIRECT AXIS AT ALL - I MAKE EFT PAYMENTS BUT THE PAYMENTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE STATEMENTS THEY SEND ME - I SENT PROOF OF PAYMENTS EVERY TIME I MADE A PAYMENT BUT THEN THE PAYMENT IS ONLY INDICATED ON THE STATEMENTS, 2 OR 3 MONTHS AFTERWARDS - THEN INTERESTS WERE ADDED ON THE "ARREAR" BUT I AM ACTUALLY NOT IN ARREARS. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO THEM AND ALSO TO THE COMPLAINTS DEPT - NO ONE EVER CALLS ME BACK TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE - I HAVE NO MORE WORDS LEFT FOR DIRECT AXIS
