NO SERVICE
The Worst service ever and what feels like *********** agents not knowing how to assist
Calls are being dropped if an agent can't assist you. Requesting the same documents over and over again. Having to phone in the whole day making sure someone is attending to your application or processing your paperwork!!
Query still not resolved.. Complaints department also not assisting!!
