No response to my enquiries

I have repeatedly made contact with Direct Axis pertaining to an overdue amount reflecting on my statement, and of course the interest that I now have to pay on this outstanding amount!! <br> Their interest rates are extremely high and I have queried the necessity to belong to and pay for all the additional cover they sell to you when applying for a loan. I am rated as an excellent client as I have received an offer to take up an Exclusive Gold Offer loan with Direct Axis. On replying to the offer with my actual query though, I am receiving no response.<br> My debit order is for R797,01 of which I pay a service fee of R57,00
