no response to debt review proposal
Myself and my husband went under debt review in order to be able to pay all our debts as we had a baby and a proposal was sent to direct axis in September wrt to this, they did not respond i again sent them.thw proposal to enquire as to why they have not responded and to get them to respond and I got an email saying I would be contacted in 24hrs and that was a week ago
