NO RESPONSE - THEY OWE ME A REFUND BUT NOT RESPONDING
<p>I overpaid my personal loan and have been trying to get a refund out of them now for 5 months. Every time i call i have to explain the story to a new person and they still do nothing! I am very frustrated as they do not take accountability for their mistakes!!!!</p>

So on the 22nd of February 2017 - you promised that I would be receive my refund within 24-48 hours????? Today is the 27th of February 2017 - 5 days later and still no refund. Do you really want me to rate your service?
