No Response from Directaxis

‎I have send email to Direct Axis and HP attorney, and I am not getting any response, I have a loan where I was struggling to pay and they handed me over to HP ATTORNEYs, and I have been asking for settlement discount, I have sent email telling them that I was been saving money and month end I will have R23000 from my savings , I need to ask or negotiate with them , its seem like they don't want me to close this loan and they enjoying harassing me and blocking me from taking credit. I asked for direct axis legal number and I was told they don't have number, I can only email, I have sacrifice and save this money but direct axis it's my worse nightmare, can someone call me so that we can negotiate unless if you are the only creditors who don't negotiating with poor people, I have settled all my accounts, where I was given 60 to 80% , only direct axis they don't want, they don't respond, what I get is different email from attorney threatening me, direct axis can you call me on ***.please ‎
