No response from Direct Axis

A few years ago I was put under debt review due to personal issues. My debt review company paid Direct Axis short in February. They phoned me and I was able to settle the outstanding amount. I sent the proof of payment through to my debt review company as well as Direct Axis. My debt review company paid by mistake two more payments to Direct Axis. After phone calls and emails sent by me and my debt review company, I still get no feedback from Direct Axis when they will refund me. They are fast too phone you when you owe them money, but they totally ignore you when they have to refund you.
