NO RESPONSE FOR 3 WEEKS
On 3 June I sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] requesting a statement. When I took out the loan I requested 3 monthly statements. I have to date not received a single statement. Numerous e-mails were sent to [Email Removed] with a read receipt. Every email was read!!!!!! I received an sms advising that should I need settlement or balance to sms 31329. Again this was done and again no response! Customer service is non-existent at Direct Axis. They are very quick to grant a loan but that is where their service ends.<br> <br> Hopefully I will now get a response!
