I have been more than fair in waiting a month now for some sort of response - emails do not get acknowledged. I paid my account in full - my question to you is simple - payment was made on total balance but it's my understanding that's there's a difference with settlement amount due and actual. Since I paid it 44 months earlier the settlement should be less vs actual. So I would like a response regarding this as I would think that the difference should be refunded to me?

12 Jul 2025, 15:12Thank you for a long awaited response. Just so others know - there is no settlement amount that's calculated. They take the interest incurred that they add on at the start and 'write it off' in their own words. Yet when you phone they tell you the settlement amount on that day and thats less than the actual- but whatever.
