No Response - Bad Service

Hi , I have been consistently making contact with Direct Axis to obtain a settlement figure. <br> <br> I obtained the below settlement figures....<br> <br> Feb 2014 - Settlement amount I received was R***x (did not settle due to lack of communication)<br> <br> 26 Jan 2015 - Settlement amount I received was R***x (This amount increase by R4000)<br> <br> June 2015 - Settlement amount I received was R***x (this amount includes the previous R4000 and an additional R2000 has been added on. <br> <br> This amount seems to escalate each time that I get a price.... <br> <br> I also get no response when emailing my request through. I had to take time to make a phone call to get any sort of response. <br> <br> I find the service is unacceptable and it seems that no one at Direct Axis knows what is going on.<br> <br> <br> <br>
