NO RESPONSE BAD Customer care

I have been trying to get hold of SOMEONE, to call me, and actually explain , why I have been blacklisted??, I don't have a copy of ANY contract, never mind date, time and amount<br> <br> I have been sending 6 e mails, and twice got an SMS, saying I don't qualify for A LOAN, I DONT want a loan. I want to know why I have been blacklisted<br> <br> NO one phones, or a PERSON that I can TALK to<br> <br> I wanted to buy a car and only then found out I have been blacklisted, for a loan, that I have got NO DETAILS on, and nobody gets back to me
