Never responds and lies. Each consultant comes up with their own lies and resolves nothing.

08 Oct 2025, 12:47You guys have been "in touch with me" for a week now. My loan is approved, did debicheck. Was told numerous lies as each consultant makes up a different story. Was even told on Sunday that my loan was paid out, this was the beginning of the lies. Then I was told someone will contact me in 4 min, that was 2 days ago. Everytime I phone its a different story. This has been a week of lies and costing me R800 airtime. Yesterday I was told that all is in order. I sent numerous emails to no avail. Why should I accept a debicheck if no money has been released to date. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

I have sent through all relevant documents 6 times. All I hear is they are still busy even after the one consultant **** and said my loan is paid out. If you are looking for good service, my suggestion is that Direct Axis is not at all interested in resolving anything, Worst service I have ever received. Stay away from them
