Every single month the debit order is always the first to debit and a month has never went by without my a loan repayment. When i check my statement i am in arrears. Called the call center a month ago. And i was told the arrears will be removed. Still do date they have not been removed. This month debit order went off on time again and the arrears have increased. I really do not understand.
