NO REPLY TO REQUESTS
ALL I REQUESTED WAS SETTLEMENT LETTER TO SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT! It's now 3 weeks and counting, countless emails and phone calls and not a single response from Direct Axis. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SEND ME A SETTLEMENT LETTER, I would like to close this account please!

20 Aug 2020, 14:32Direct axis... seems like your call center lines don't work anymore. I have requested another settlement letter and still no response. It seems like the only way to make contact with your company is on this platform. Kindly provide me with a final settlement letter so that I can close this account completely..yoy guys are a total *******. Your settlement amount is way more than what I initially borrowed..
