No reply on my calls and emails !!!
I changed my email in January 2015, and since then I have not received ANY, ANY statement !!!! I only want to know what my balance is.I phone them and then they said wrong department......I phone again.....nobody answers !!!!!! I make extra payments I only need a balance PLEASE !!!
