No reply means no payment

Good day

I trust you are well.

I am very disturbed by the fact that my husband can't settle his account with you guys.

He received a settlement SMS from DMC Debt family, in September, to which we emailed them on the 30th of November wanting to settle. We then received a reply back, on the 1st of December, that the account is no longer with them, but back with Direct Axis.

We then went back into our email search and found an email from Hammond Pole Attorneys, dated in April, to which they also rep**** back that the account is no longer with them.

On the 1st of December, we phoned Direct Axis to settle at 10:35, only to be told that his account was now handed over to MBD Attorneys. We then quickly phoned them, at 10:45, to find out his account is no longer with them either.

We called Direct Axis back at 10:50, to then be told by another consultant that his account is in fact with MBD Attorneys. The consultant was in fact so sure of this fact, that she would get them to phone us back. Well...we are now at the end of the 7th of December, and no phone call yet.

Now, either this means, you don't want our money or we are no longer liable for this account. As I deem it very weird that no-one can give an account of what happened to this account, or where and how much needs to be pay.

I hope to hear from you soonest.

Please note, in the settlement email, we were given a chance at a discount, we hope this is still the fact.

His ID number: ***087.

We sent this above mail to your Customer Care unit on the 7th of December, which we received an automated reply - that we will get an SMS or Email 2 working days later and we still waiting. My husband then made effort to phone you guys back, all we get is that the account is handed over, so I guess we must just pick anyone and start paying them.
