No reply

Good day<br> <br> I had a loan with Clientele and it was handed over to Sanclare Financials and on the 3 of March last week it was paid up and on the 6 march 2015 i got the paid up letter from Sanclare and i called Direct axis and spoke to Juanita L who said i can forward that paid up letter to her email and i did that and asked them to update my ITC record ,i emailed her again and she promised to get hold of Sanclare and requist a letter from them confirming that the is no outstanding amount and she will email me back ,i have been waiting for her email that i decided to call Sanclare myself to ask them if they can forward it to her as they say she never spoke to them ,i called in again at Direct axis and no reply still ,i am worried as i am using my airtym calling them staying on the line for so long yet i dont get what im asking for
