NO RELIEF FROM COVID IN PLACE, NO COMMUNICATION, NO ASSISTANCE

NO communication from Direct Axis, other than a canned message. I have tried to call, emailed, connected on FB,Twitter etc. and NO feedback in regards to what they will be doing in regards to their loans, i.e. payment holidays, payment extensions (as in extending the payment period by a month to three months and only starting to take payments once the lockdown is over) or recalculating the loan terms and amounts if we're given a payment break. NO COMMUNICATION, yet Standard Bank,ABSA,FNB and others have already commented and made commitments (useless commitments for the average South Africans, as it's SUPER BIASED based on criteria - COVID19 doesn't care about your social status or past income, it HAS US ALL UNDER THE GUN!), but yet SANLAM, DIRECT AXIS,RCS etc have said NOTHING about this, as they are waiting until debit orders go off, THEN they'll say 'Oh well,it's too late now....'

What are you doing as a company to help your clients during these stressful times? I have been with you for over 8 years and you've made a ton of money off of me and others, if you look at the loans we took compared to the amount of interest and 'extra costs' + repayment amounts you take every month.

Surely it's in your best interest to come to the clients with relief options?!?

If I have to choose between paying rent in order to have a roof over my head ***ners don't care if we have issues, they want their rent) AND letting your debit order bounce for every month we'll be out of work, then you'll loose that battle guys. Rather let us make arrangements and go from there - but we NEED communication!!
