No refunds
Good day my name is Zane welcome
I recently settled my loan account with direct axis on the 21st of December 2018 and my debit order still went off
When phoning the customer care i've been told that I'm going to get refunded they logged the refund on the 24th of December and I've also been advised thay it may take up to 10 working days for them to refund me
Today 10th of January 2019 still no money I'm my account,I've contacted customer care again today and no one can give me feedback
I'd like to be refunded immediately because the ten day period is long over
