No refund of Initiation Fee - ***
Good day,
I recently ap**** for a loan from this agency. I was told that it had been aproved and I must pay an initiation fee of R1197 into their account. I did this but was told later that my loan had not been approved after all. I have made various requests for my initiation fee to be repaid right through January 2018 but to no avail. Does DirectAxis hold onto the initiation fees of all clients even when the loan has not been approved. What a disgrace. Please refund my money asap.
