No refund/ No communication

I had a loan, that was paid up sometime late last year. My PDA continued to pay into the closed account from the month of November until around January. I have personally requested a refund of the monies overpaid into the account, my Debt Review company has also done so. There is been no feedback on these requests. Please assist with a refund or some sort of smoke signal that something is happening in the background as a matter of urgency.
