No payment

<p>Direct Axis owes me money for a loan that was paid twice was told to email proof of payment which I did on the 20.01.2017 when I phoned 10 days later I was told they had not received the proof of payment which I sent again to them on the 02.02.2017 to be told that I would receive my money within 7 to 10 days. Yesterday was day ten so I phoned them only to be told to email the stuff again to which I told the lady I had done it twice already. To which she responded she would log another call for the money to be paid to me and now it will take 5 to 10 days. Do I now phone them everyday to find out what is happening as I need that money to buy food and to pay other things. </p>
