NO Paid up letter

i had an account with Direct Axis. last time I emailed you, you referred me to your lawyers. I have since paid all fees due A YEAR AGO yet my FNB profile is still marked that i owe you. I have submitted the letter given to me by your Attorneys, but it is wrong "The credit department has advised that we require a written confirmation that the direct axis loan was paid in full. The paid up letter you have sent through does not state if the loan was paid in full or compromised settlement. " . it is unfair i have finished paying A YEAR ago yet you still blemish my record. i cant do anything right now because of this. ive called and been bounced around 3 different call centers for the past hour
