No one ever picks up calls

Last week I went through this very same thing of trying to get through to the call centre and after a almost an hour of holding / trying the different numbers I eventually went through to request a settlement amount. Now that it has been paid, I'm trying to call again and it has been more than an hour that I cannot get through to anyone, I'm looking at the statement that was sent to me and see that there's also some money due to me as I have overpaid (so the settlement figure I got was wrong). I still haven't even received a response on the email I sent last week to ask for the settlement amount. All I'm asking is, can someone call me back?
