NO LOAN CONTRACT. POP OR SETTLEMENT LETTER AND POLICY DOCS
I've just taken a consoludation loan with direct axis and I was excited to know that I'm taking control of my finances. the young man that assisted me with the finalization process was very helpful and knowledgeable Sihle Gaxela he's the best and well mannered and respectful I highlighted my concerns with him regarding receipt of loan contract and proof of settlement for Woolworths loan as I need to make sure I do follow ups with WW myself and make sure I obtain the closure letter so as to forward this to HTC Ecperian to confirm account closure. I was elated this morning to see that the balanced has been paid to me but I've not yet rcvd POP/SETTLEMENT LETTER, LOAN CONTRACT, POLICY WOEDING AND SCHEDULE for the insurance stains the loan.
