No feedback received on personal loan application

Application for personal loan started online last week Mon,have already approved Debicheck.I have been waiting for a consultant to call me ever since,I have also tried to call to check what’s the progress & every consultant I have a conversation with is telling me that the application is locked & that the consultant that is handling my application will call me.Can someone kindly call me,so that I know if my application has been approved or declined?
