<p>I enquired numerously via e-mail on the process to follow to make arrangements on my Budget Loan instalment. I'm having a cash flow problem and really wants to make arrangements before I fall into arrears.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can some one help me = as I dont receive feedback on my e-mails</p>
