No feedback

I app**** one week ago with direct axis and till today nobody can give me feedback regarding my application. Everytime i phone in its wasting my time and money only to keep the same reply its with the verification department. I keep getting transferred from pillar to post. I have had 2 previous loans with direct axis and it was finalised in 2 days. i have had good credit history with direct axis. You guys are falsely advertising applications finalised in 24 to 48 hours. Please can somebody give me some sort of feedback PLEASE!!!
