No Delivery – Absolutely pathetic

<p>Everything was finalized yesterday and I received a message saying I need to call ********** 415 to finalize and fulfillment is IMMEDIATE. At 09:44 I spoke to a lady who confirmed the sms and said that as she drops the call someone from contracts will call me to fulfill and it will be IMMEDIATE. Nobody called so I called back 20 minutes later. I stayed on hold the entire day. I can attach all my records as proof. Literally the entire day. It is 09:08 the next day and there has been no fulfillment. Still still nothing. I Spoke a lady She tells me she just needs to confirm income on the system and she’ll call me back in 20 minutes and she doesn’t. Over an hour later I try calling her back and I email her numerous times and nothing</p> <p>This is ridiculously unacceptable. It’s like forcing people to do their jobs. And still, they do a **** poor job. This is not immediate and I wish I had gone with another service provider instead. This is disgusting. Will someone please confirm the damn income & execute</p>
