No Customer Service

I changed jobs recently and requested a debit order change as my salary gets paid in later.

First request was sent on 1 Dec - to which you get an automated email saying that you will be contacted in 2 working days.

Heard nothing back (because your customer service is excellent).

Sent another email on 9 Dec - and today is the 13th, still nothing.

So what i'll do is put a stop on the debit order, seeing as FNB charges R100 when a debit order bounces, and when a Direct Axis Employee feels like helping me we can re-instate and collect whatever is owed to you.

Thanks very much for your excellent customer service, I will be sure to not recommend your services to anyone.
