I settled my loan, but the installment went off, I understand the process....but I've been waiting for feedback regarding my refund, I've been calling but the agents keep on dropping the call. It's annoying because the agents are working from home and I can't speak to management, can someone please just advise regarding my refund, it's been going on since the 20th of March
