No concern for customer service
I have been trying to get a settlement discount letter and account information and I was promised last week that a consultant would call me but it’s been a week and still no feedback..

I just received a call from Nikita September in the debt review department of Direct Axis and she has the nerve to speak to me as if I’m a child announciating every word and she doesn’t listen just continues to speak.. full of herself and doesn’t listen to understand ****.. I hate this
