During January 2015 I have app**** for debt review & confirmation that I am completely over indebted were sent to Direct Axis.In the interim, I have decided to rather pursue my own payment arrangement plan for the following reason: my wife is under Debt Review & from her monthly statements I saw that the amount left over for distribution to creditors after the legal fees, monthly admin fee, after care fee, pda fee etc. are deducted, is very small. Which means it will take forever to settle the debt and get back on my feet.I have contacted DA directly but the guy who rep**** to my email was arrogant, unhelpful &refused to accept a payment arrangement.No long after I was contacted by Meagan Daniels of Sanclare for a payment arrangement (the very thing DA did not want to accept when I initially contacted them!!) however after 5 emails Meagan firmly ignores my emails so I am unable to get a pmt arrangement in place with her. Now VVM is contacting me for the same debt asking for a payment arrangement.What is wrong with you DA, I OFFERED a a payment arrangement you decline, now you hand me over twice & ask that I make a payment arrangement THE VERY THING I WANTED TO DO FROM THE OUTSEt
