No accountability
I had a loan with Direct Axis which i fell behind on. I made an arrangement which I have met every month for 3 years. I have been approached by 2 separate collection agencies trying to collect the same debt that is still on track. My statement from Direct Axis shows I am in thousands of rands in credit and yet the collection agents are still trying to collect from me. The complaints line and the normal call center do not answer their phones for hours and it's impossible to get hold of anyone. This is my last hope, before I contact the National Credit Regulator to lodge a complaint against them. Hoping someone contacts me.

It is abundantly clear that as a company, you have no intention to resolve this and I must lodge a complaint with the regulatory body to receive any type of official closure.
