No accountability
<p>I took out a loan with Direct Axis 3 years ago and they convinced me to take a debt protection plan which they took out on my behalf through Hollard. Last year December I settled the loan but they still debit me for the debt protection. The money differs every month, when I enquire about it I'm sent from pillar to post between Direct Axis and Hollard both companies insist they can not help me but every month someone helps themselves to my money!</p>
