Nine days later and loan account still open
Good day
Account Number: ***
I rang the DirectAxis customercare number last week and requested that my loan account be closed due to the settlement amount being paid in full on 08/12/2020. I was advised that it will be closed by 17 Dec 2020.
Nine days later, and my loan account is still open. Why??? I just received a statement with Instalment Due Date 31/12/2020.
Please closed my account.
