Nightmare and frustration dealing with direct axis.

Worst Company ever.

I have been dealing with direct axis with no luck. I never missed a payment on their account/installment now i am trying to apply for a vehicle they say i am in arrears for last 6 months. However i have been trying to contact them asking for statements or proof since April we already in September no feedback or proof of the claims.

Are they trying to keep us indebted?
