Night mare with Direct axis *******.

Now Direct axis stated that my account has been in arrears for installments. We now in September well almost. Yet i have never missed a payment since the beginning of the year.

I have asked for them to explain as i have been struggling to get any explanation from them since April after my application for a vehicle was declined. How is it possible,am i the only one who is having such experience with them, are they out of bus sines trying to keep us South Africans indebted.

Well i'm not going to leave this one pass.
