New Name No Axis
Good day, I have been trying to get hold of you customer service department for week now, and there is no response. I have left message to be contacted and every possible method to contact you. but there is no success. Please do not blame Covid for this reason as it is purely bad customer service. I work in a customer service environment and we ensure that there is always someone available to assist. Yes the client holds on longer but there is always answer no matter what. I suggest you change your name to no axis.
