I app**** for an account and then cancelled my request. It might be standard practise for the company to call back anyone who enquired on the internet but agent, Nokulunga Mcinga was beyond helpful and informative. She explained all the terms and conditions carefully and ensured that I could follow what she was relaying to me (instead of rushing through a template, half of which one normally do not catch due to bad lines or rushed relaying).
