New amount due on paid up account

I paid my final settlement at the end of August 2024 and have just received another statement with an amount outstanding. I called DirectAxis and the extremely rude lady (I wish I had her name) in the Accounts Department dropped my call while I was giving her my details. I have been with DirectAxis for many years, but NEVER AGAIN!!!
