NEVER USE DIRECT AXIS, THEY ARE *******!!!

After taking a loan with 1Life Direct Axis, I was able to settle it on the 17th October 2019 with a Nedbank consolidation loan. As of today, the 18th December 2019, Direct Axis have debited my account 3 times for the full instalments, after enquiring why on every occasion, I get told that they can see that Nedbank made a payment but because they did not request a settlement letter, they cannot settle the loan. So not only is their account in a positive but they continue to debit my account and grow their balance positively and with interest!!!! If I stop the debit order on my side, I have to pay and I get penalised, never-mind the fact that I have pay close to R10 000 in instalments that I didn't have to pay. DIRECT AXIS YOUR BUSINESS ETHIC AND PRINCIPLES ARE SHOCKING!! I am at least in a position to get through the month, I feel DESPERATELY sorry for people who are not as fortunate as me!!! YOU ARE *******!!!!!!!
