As usual bad service from DirectAxis. I have settled the loan on the 25 July 2022 and sent them the confirmation from my bank to their different emails. No response to date until I decided to call them this morning using my cell phone and being sent from one consultant to the another and the next thing they leave you hanging on the phone talking alone. Mind you I am using my airtime!
