Never take a loan from DirectAxis. Useless they are.

Their call center is non-functional, I have been trying to just get a settlement on my loan send to be via email. I am so disappointed in this company, if I say they are useless it would be an understatement. Please send a settlement amount and account to pay to, and also reference for account. And I promise never to take a loan from you
