Never signed up

I never give my id nr to anyone I dont know, yet directaxis, whom I have never contacted before, requires my id nr in order to unsubscribe from those irritating, ruining the planet letters they send every month. 10mins,1 rude customer care agent,1 clueless agent and eventually a competant agent later telephonically, my request could not be accepted as I refused to give my id nr. Every month I recieve an application for a loan with 2 ref nrs. I supp**** those numbers instead if id and surprise, neither of those nrs are linked to me, a female, rather 2 seperate males. Stop destroying trees with your useless papers
